1. Introduction
Welcome to West Africa Tracks. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Booking and Payment

• A deposit is required to confirm any booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour departure date.

• Prices are quoted in EUR, unless otherwise specified, and are subject to change due to currency fluctuations or operational costs.

• Payments must be made via the methods specified on our website.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: 75% refund.

• Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

• West Africa Tracks reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., security concerns, natural disasters). In such cases, customers will be offered a rescheduled tour or a partial refund.

4. Travel Documents and Insurance

• Travelers are responsible for obtaining necessary visas, passports, and vaccinations.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

5. Liability and Assumption of Risk

• West Africa Tracks is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages occurring during the tour unless caused by our direct negligence.

• Travelers acknowledge that adventure travel in West Africa involves inherent risks, including but not limited to transportation delays, adverse weather, and political instability.

6. Code of Conduct

• Travelers must respect local customs, cultures, and laws.

• Any behavior that disrupts the tour or endangers others may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mali.

• Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively settled in the courts of Mali.

8. Amendments to Terms

• West Africa Tracks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• The latest version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available on our website.
